Meet our CEO/Founder
Zack Metcalf is the Founder and CEO of Sunset Software Systems, where he helps businesses simplify operations, automate repetitive tasks, and reclaim their time through powerful CRM and AI-driven systems.
With a background in engineering, automation, and systems design, Zack graduated from Ferris State University with degrees in Plastics Engineering and CAD Design before beginning his career as an engineer in both Michigan and Arizona. His passion for technology and efficiency eventually led him to create Sunset Software Systems CRM in 2023.
Today, Zack specializes in building complete business operating systems that streamline communication, automate workflows, and replace disconnected software with one centralized solution. His expertise includes CRM architecture, AI integrations, workflow automation, and custom system development tailored to each client's needs.
Zack holds multiple advanced CRM administrator certifications, and is also certified in Google Workspace. His hands-on experience building robotics systems, CNC machines, and custom software solutions gives him a unique approach to solving real business challenges through technology.
